Come superare al meglio la prova costume

Siamo ufficialmente entrate nel mese di Maggio, quindi due cose riecheggiano prepotenti nella nostra mente: finalmente arriva la bella stagione e la fatidica prova costume...
Inutile dire che ridursi all'ultimo minuto e seguire reggimi drastici per una settimana non aiuta la nostra psiche, tantomeno il nostro corpo.. Ecco perché ho deciso di scrivervi le dieci regole che, se seguite già da ora, daranno i benefici sperati, ma senza sforzi eccessivi..
